You’ll set the technical<br>direction, partner closely with Product and Operations, and drive delivery across key<br>initiatives. This role involves deep architectural thinking, improving team processes,<br>and fostering a culture of growth and innovation. You’ll play a key role in scaling<br>resilient systems and supporting strategic product development at SoFi and Galileo.<br><br><strong>What you’ll do:</strong><br>- Build and manage a high-performing software engineering team. Lead and set the echnical direction of the team.<br>- Partner with engineering and operational teams across the company to drive strategic echnical and business delivery.<br>- Partner with Product Managers on both long term product vision and short term roadmaps<br> - Dive deep on all aspects of the overall design of the system.
