This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Clover Health. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing in United States.

As a key member of a mission-driven marketing team, you will be responsible for leading digital acquisition and engagement strategies to grow and retain membership. This role offers the opportunity to shape and execute data-driven digital campaigns, manage cross-functional projects, and drive improvements in performance across digital channels. You will work with both internal teams and external agencies, combining strategic oversight with hands-on leadership. Accountabilities:

  • Lead and optimize the organization’s digital marketing strategy to support year-round growth and retention goals.
  • Oversee digital assets including the website, landing pages, social media, email, SMS campaigns, and digital analytics tools.
  • Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, ensuring high-quality digital creative and efficient media buying.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics, Engineering, Compliance, and Sales teams to align strategy and execution.
  • Implement and monitor SEO and AEO best practices to improve online visibility and drive qualified traffic.
  • Develop performance reports and dashboards, translating digital metrics into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers to deliver high-impact campaigns and improve digital experiences.
  • Own the development and rollout of go-to-market plans, content strategies, and digital campaign calendars.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in both agency and startup environments.
  • Proven ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns, manage teams, and drive performance.
  • Strong background in SEO, web strategy, lead generation, and digital media optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with website management, campaign execution, and performance tracking tools.
  • Familiarity with highly regulated industries; Medicare Advantage experience is a strong plus.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and implementing insights.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Previous experience in mentoring junior staff and leading agency relationships.
