Bioscope.ai is seeking a Senior Manager of Demand Generation.
This role will be responsible for building and optimizing multi-channel demand generation initiatives across digital, events, email, social media, and marketing automation platforms.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in digital demand generation, a strong background in B2B SaaS, and hands-on experience using AI-powered marketing tools. Experience in healthcare or health technology marketing is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the demand generation activities focused on pipeline creation and revenue impact
Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including:
Digital advertising
Email marketing
Social media marketing
Lead nurturing programs
Events and webinars
Build and manage lead lifecycle programs from awareness through MQL, SQL, and pipeline
Partner closely with sales to align on pipeline goals, lead quality, and conversion metrics
Manage and optimize marketing automation and CRM workflows (HubSpot experience is a plus)
Implement and leverage AI marketing tools to improve targeting, personalization, efficiency, and performance
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI
Continuously experiment, test, iterate, and improve programs using data-driven insights
3–5 years of experience in digital demand generation or growth marketing
Proven experience driving pipeline and revenue through modern marketing programs
Hands-on experience with:
Email marketing
Events marketing
Social media marketing
Lead nurturing programs
Experience using marketing automation platforms and CRM systems – Hubspot is preferred
Background in B2B SaaS or technology marketing
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience marketing healthcare, health technology, or life sciences solutions
Experience with Hubspot
Experience with AI-powered marketing tools
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus
