Bioscope.ai is seeking a Senior Manager of Demand Generation.

This role will be responsible for building and optimizing multi-channel demand generation initiatives across digital, events, email, social media, and marketing automation platforms.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in digital demand generation, a strong background in B2B SaaS, and hands-on experience using AI-powered marketing tools. Experience in healthcare or health technology marketing is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the demand generation activities focused on pipeline creation and revenue impact

  • Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including:

    • Digital advertising

    • Email marketing

    • Social media marketing

    • Lead nurturing programs

    • Events and webinars

  • Build and manage lead lifecycle programs from awareness through MQL, SQL, and pipeline

  • Partner closely with sales to align on pipeline goals, lead quality, and conversion metrics

  • Manage and optimize marketing automation and CRM workflows (HubSpot experience is a plus)

  • Implement and leverage AI marketing tools to improve targeting, personalization, efficiency, and performance

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI

  • Continuously experiment, test, iterate, and improve programs using data-driven insights

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital demand generation or growth marketing

  • Proven experience driving pipeline and revenue through modern marketing programs

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • Email marketing

    • Events marketing

    • Social media marketing

    • Lead nurturing programs

  • Experience using marketing automation platforms and CRM systems – Hubspot is preferred

  • Background in B2B SaaS or technology marketing

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing healthcare, health technology, or life sciences solutions

  • Experience with Hubspot

  • Experience with AI-powered marketing tools

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus
