  • Build analytical models, dashboards, and reporting to translate pay outcomes into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Prepare executive-level analyses and narratives, communicating complex scenarios, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly.
  • Establish governance processes, audits, and documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with internal policies.
  • Develop manager toolkits, training materials, and FAQs to support consistent, fair compensation decisions across the organization.
  • Manage and mentor a compensation analyst, setting goals, providing coaching, and scaling repeatable processes.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in compensation, including designing, advising, and executing core pay programs across merit, bonus, and equity.
  • Expertise in market pricing, equity, and variable pay design.
  • Advanced analytical skills, including scenario modeling, data analysis, and translating complex data into clear recommendations.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders and executives effectively.
  • Strong operational skills with a track record of managing multi-step programs, sequencing, risk management, and quality control.
  • Experience improving compensation workflows, tools, and systems to enhance program efficiency and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and enablement skills to develop readable, actionable documentation and training for managers.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary, with ranges varying by location ($178,000–$256,000 depending on metro area).
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) plan with company match.
  • Paid parental leave and generous PTO policies.
  • Remote work flexibility, depending on location.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development in a collaborative environment.
