Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Client Services, the person filling this role must have excellent interpersonal skills, strong data analysis capability, and a natural problem solver with a high level of accountability and commitment to excellence.Energy Solutions operates as a predominantly remote workforce with offices in  <a class="c-link" href="https://energy-solution.com/contact-us/" target="_blank" data-stringify-link="https://energy-solution.com/contact-us/" data-sk="tooltip_parent">six different locations</a>. Employees who reside within 40 miles of an office (except New York) will be assigned to that location, though in-office attendance requirements may vary by team. At this time, we are not accepting applications from candidates residing in the following states: Alaska, Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, and Wyoming. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: <ul><li>Collaborate with senior and executive leadership in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and leadership development </li><li>Translate strategy into actionable goals and execute relevant projects/initiatives aligned with the organization's goals </li><li>Develop relationships with Client Services department leaders to gain a deep understanding of their needs, gaps and opportunities  </li><li>Collaborate with senior leadership to assess and improve policies, systems, and processes throughout the organization </li><li>Report regularly to the Executive Vice President on Client Services departments’ performance, opportunities, and challenges. Strategic thought partner to the Executive Vice President </li><li>Prioritize objectives and implement strategies to achieve company initiatives as part of the leadership team </li><li>Serve as a leader and role model and create working environments where employees are equipped and driven to excel </li><li>Overseeing and implementing organizational risk management processes  </li><li>Strategize opportunities to enhance department synergies, process improvements and team connectedness  </li><li>Support ad-hoc projects as needed, including those related to resource management, operational efficiencies and data analysis  </li></ul> Minimum Qualifications: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field   </li><li>A minimum of 10 years of work experience including at least 5 years in a supervisory and leadership capacity   </li><li>Experience in strategy and planning for a mid-size company with demonstrated command of roles with increasing responsibility   </li><li>Demonstrated outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to anticipate risk and develop risk mitigation strategy proposals   </li><li>Significant experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy, and/or Utility technologies concepts, practices, and procedures  </li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead within a matrix structure and manage teams comprised of both direct and indirect resources  </li><li>Demonstrated success in client relationship management and possess demonstrated customer service understanding   </li><li>Solid financial acumen including budgeting, cost management, and maximizing profitability  </li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of adapting style to different audiences and stakeholders, both internally and externally  </li><li>Problem solver with a hands-on approach and the ability to anticipate adverse scenarios with thoughtful solutions to address them  </li><li>Ability to make quick decisions and generate buy-in from leadership team members  </li><li>Ability to conceptualize and execute deadline driven projects with strong bias for action and ability to prioritize multiple and competing projects  </li><li>Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with a sense of urgency and bias for action  </li><li>Strong leadership record demonstrating the ability to grow and influence highly effective teams  </li><li>High level proficient skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) to communicate, develop presentations and perform analysis  </li><li>Ability to travel for business  (approximately 1x/quarterly)</li></ul> Compensation to commensurate with experience with the pay band of  $105,000 - $137,000/Annually<div class="content-conclusion">Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a generous retirement package.
