Together, we empower today’s financial leaders to build a more open, trusted economy.</p><p><strong>About the team</strong></p><p><strong>Growth</strong> is the team at Paxos which builds and manages partnerships with our largest and most strategic enterprise clients.</p><p><strong>As a Senior Manager of Business Development, you’ll get to: </strong></p><ul><li>Source, negotiate and close partnerships with executives at some of the largest enterprises in the world to launch innovative new products across the fintech, payments and financial institution landscape.</li><li>Work hand-in-hand with Paxos leadership and relevant stakeholders to execute our strategy and leverage our resources strategically </li><li>Work closely with Product, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Product Marketing, Legal & Finance to build new product solutions and take them to market</li><li>Build a go-to-market plan for banks, brokerage and financial institutions alongside cross functional partners to set the direction, goals, timelines and milestones for the product build</li><li>Immerse yourself in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency for enterprises and investors, our regulation-first approach, and more!</li></ul><p><strong>About you </strong></p><p><strong>Your experience should include:</strong></p><ul><li>Working cross functionally in fintech / financial services / digital assets to launch new products from 0 to 1 </li><li>Significant experience within Financial Services and/or Payments</li><li>Strong experience selling B2B enterprise technology into domestic and global enterprises </li><li>Experience building in regulated environments</li><li>Experience building in a fast moving and dynamic industry</li></ul><p><strong>You might also have: </strong></p><ul><li>A deep knowledge of the digital asset ecosystem, with a particular focus on stablecoins</li><li>A passion for working in highly dynamic and ambiguous environments where you’ve proven you can be successful despite challenges from internal and external factors</li><li>An incredibly strong desire to learn, work hard and be a part of a winning team</li><li>Excitement for building things which have never been done or built before and have global impact to provide broader access to financial services for people’s lives.</li></ul><p>This role will have a 60/40 split between base and incentive.
