You will oversee client satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and develop long-term relationships while ensuring the successful delivery of our solutions. Your strategic leadership will be crucial in expanding our presence with current clients and delivering exceptional customer experiences.</p><p data-renderer-start-pos="455"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li data-renderer-start-pos="508">Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Account Managers to achieve retention, growth, and client satisfaction goals</li><li data-renderer-start-pos="622">Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow and retain a portfolio of key client accounts and platforms</li><li data-renderer-start-pos="737">Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, including senior-level stakeholders, building and nurturing strong, trust-based relationships</li><li data-renderer-start-pos="887">Ensure the seamless delivery of solutions for both direct accounts and Platforms by collaborating with internal teams such as Product, Sales, and Operations</li><li data-renderer-start-pos="1047">Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling new products and services to increase revenue and product adoption</li><li data-renderer-start-pos="1172">Handle escalated client issues and complaints, working cross-functionally to provide effective and timely resolutions</li><li data-renderer-start-pos="1293">Monitor team and account performance against key metrics, providing regular reports and insights to leadership</li><li data-renderer-start-pos="1407">Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity within the fintech space</li><li data-renderer-start-pos="1509">Lead negotiations for contract renewals and expansions, ensuring profitable and long-term partnerships</li></ul><p data-renderer-start-pos="1615"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li data-renderer-start-pos="1716">Minimum of 5+ years of progressive account management or sales experience within the FinTech, SaaS, or technology solutions industry</li><li data-renderer-start-pos="1852">Proven track record of managing enterprise-level clients and exceeding revenue targets</li><li data-renderer-start-pos="1942">Experience with B2B2C business models and platform management is highly desirable</li><li data-renderer-start-pos="2027">Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a leadership or people management role</li><li data-renderer-start-pos="2106">Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to create and execute growth strategies</li><li data-renderer-start-pos="2213">Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills</li><li data-renderer-start-pos="2280">Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and experience with data analysis and reporting</li><li data-renderer-start-pos="2377">Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams</li><li data-renderer-start-pos="2458">Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus</li></ul><p data-renderer-start-pos="1033"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Compensation:</strong></p><p data-renderer-start-pos="1048">The base salary range for this role is&nbsp;<span class="fabric-background-color-mark" data-renderer-mark="true" data-background-custom-color="#fedec8">$110-130k.
