This position combines technical leadership, research innovation, and real-world problem-solving in a dynamic, remote-eligible environment. You will be part of a team dedicated to leveraging AI to deliver exceptional user experiences at scale.

• Design, implement, and optimize machine learning systems and AI services that enhance customer support experiences.
• Develop, fine-tune, and evaluate large language models (LLMs) and other AI tools for practical deployment in support products.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into end-to-end workflows.
• Build and maintain automated testing and feedback systems to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of ML models.
• Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies, sharing insights and best practices with the team.
• Transform conceptual AI initiatives from research stages into production-ready solutions with measurable impact.

• PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or equivalent experience.
• 5–9 years of ML engineering experience, with ownership of large-scale software systems.
• Strong background in AI/ML system design, including experience with LLM-driven chatbots or Agentic AI preferred.
• Proven experience building scalable, efficient ML-powered products.
• Excellent programming skills and familiarity with ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and relevant tools.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively across engineering, product, and design teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on real-world application and measurable outcomes.
