<h2>About the Role</h2><p>We’re seeking a <strong>Lifecycle Marketing Director/Manager</strong> to design and execute strategic programs that guide prospects through the funnel and keep existing users engaged. In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end campaigns across multiple channels (email, paid media, webinars, in-product messaging, and more). You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Sales, and Customer Success—to support demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and expansion opportunities.</p><p>An innovative mindset is highly valued: You should be eager to explore and experiment with advanced tools,, including those powered by AI, to automate and personalize marketing outreach at scale. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-growth environment, has a bias for action, and can deliver impactful results under tight deadlines.</p><h2>What you will do</h2><ol><li><strong>Multi-Channel Campaigns</strong><strong><br><br></strong></li><ul><li>Own and optimize a range of digital channels (organic social, paid social,, email, etc.) to expand brand reach, generate qualified leads, and drive conversions throughout the marketing funnel.</li><li>Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, in-product messaging, and other channels while continuously optimizing conversions throughout the funnel</li><li>Experiment with AI-based personalization and workflow automation to deliver timely, relevant experiences at scale (<em>e.g.</em>, using <strong>clay.com</strong>, <strong>airops.com</strong>, <strong>n8n</strong>).</li><li>Align campaign goals with broader business objectives in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.<br><br></li></ul><li><strong>Lifecycle Orchestration &amp; Expansion</strong><strong><br><br></strong></li><ul><li>Develop data-driven programs to nurture prospects, accelerate pipeline, and encourage expansion within existing accounts.</li><li>Partner with Customer Success and Sales to coordinate cross-sell/upsell initiatives, ensure consistent messaging, and leverage AI-driven triggers.</li><li>Continuously refine lifecycle stages and engagement touchpoints based on analytics and feedback.<br><br></li></ul><li><strong>Analysis &amp; Optimization</strong><strong><br><br></strong></li><ul><li>Leverage analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn, 6Sense) to monitor campaign performance, uncover insights, and optimize for ROI.</li><li>Conduct ongoing A/B tests of messaging, audience segments, and channel mix to drive continuous improvement.</li><li>Present concise performance reports and recommendations to leadership, ensuring data-informed decision-making.<br><br></li></ul><li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong><strong><br><br></strong></li><ul><li>Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to align marketing strategies with product roadmaps and revenue goals.</li><li>Foster open communication and knowledge sharing across teams, driving a culture of experimentation and innovation.</li><li>Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines.</li></ul></ol><h2>Must Haves</h2><ul><li><strong>Multi-Channel Marketing</strong>: Demonstrated success executing campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, and other digital channels.</li><li><strong>AI &amp; Automation</strong>: Familiarity with AI-based marketing solutions and workflow tools; bonus if experienced with <strong>clay.com</strong>, <strong>airops.com</strong>, or <strong>n8n</strong>.</li><li><strong>Data-Driven &amp; Analytical</strong>: Strong ability to dive into campaign metrics, derive insights, and act swiftly on optimization opportunities.</li><li><strong>Project Management</strong>: Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; skilled in balancing big-picture strategy with meticulous execution.</li><li><strong>Adaptable &amp; Innovative</strong>: Eager to think outside the box, experiment with new ideas, and iterate quickly based on results.</li><li><strong>Strong Communicator</strong>: Able to articulate complex strategies clearly and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.</li></ul><h2><strong>About Abnormal Security</strong></h2><p>Abnormal Security is a fast-growing startup transforming email security with advanced AI and machine learning.
