This role focuses on driving strategic growth and expanding market presence within the Pulp & Paper and Water industry across an assigned territory. You will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies that strengthen customer relationships, increase revenue, and reinforce brand positioning in highly competitive industrial markets. The position combines strategic sales leadership with hands-on business development, requiring a strong ability to identify new opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional commercial teams, including marketing, pricing, and technical experts, to deliver tailored value-based solutions. The environment is fast-paced and performance-driven, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, retention, and sustainable growth. This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional who thrives on complex solution selling and long-term client engagement.


Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue growth and market expansion targets within the assigned territory
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities and applications in the Pulp & Paper and Water treatment sectors
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, pricing, and technical applications to align solutions with customer needs
  • Manage overall account profitability, including pricing strategy, equipment settings, and receivables oversight
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term relationship development
  • Analyze market trends and customer requirements to identify opportunities for innovation and expansion
  • Promote safety and process improvement within customer operations through solution-based selling
  • Deliver ROI-based proposals and value-driven business cases for new opportunities

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in sales, key account management, or business development in industrial or technical markets
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
  • Strong experience in solution selling, preferably within water treatment, chemicals, or industrial process industries
  • Proven ability to develop and manage complex sales pipelines and long-term client relationships
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline and account management
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to assess ROI and value propositions
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required
