As a Sr. IT Security Analyst, you will play a critical role in safeguarding patient data and ensuring regulatory compliance. This position focuses on leading client security questionnaire processes and overseeing vendor risk management to mitigate threats in a highly regulated environment like HIPAA-compliant healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Security Questionnaires: Lead the end-to-end completion of client security questionnaires, coordinating with cross-functional teams to provide accurate, timely responses that demonstrate our organization's security posture.
  • Third-Party Risk Management: Manage vendor risk assessments and periodic reassessments, including identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks associated with third-party partners to prevent data breaches or compliance issues.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all activities align with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST); maintain detailed records, reports, and action plans for audits and internal reviews.
  • Collaboration and Improvement: Work closely with IT, legal, and procurement teams to streamline processes; recommend enhancements to risk management frameworks based on emerging threats and industry standards.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in Risk Management, Audit, or a related field; certifications like CRISC, or CISSP preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in third-party risk management, security compliance, or vendor assessments, ideally in healthcare or regulated industries.
  • Strong knowledge of risk assessment tools, security frameworks, and questionnaire platforms (e.g., SIG, CSF, NIST).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills; ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and risk management software; experience with vendor portals a plus.
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $93,244.00 - $152,065.42 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
