This role sits at the intersection of IT engineering, automation, and enterprise legal operations, supporting critical Legal, Risk, and Compliance (LRC) functions within a fast-scaling global organization. You will act as the primary IT engineering partner for LRC teams, helping translate complex operational workflows into scalable, automated, and AI-enabled solutions. The position involves designing and implementing systems that improve efficiency, governance, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams. You will work closely with legal, security, and engineering stakeholders to build integrated tools, streamline processes, and enhance digital capabilities. This is a highly impactful role with global visibility, where your work directly shapes how critical business functions operate and scale. It requires a strong mix of technical depth, automation expertise, and problem-solving in a dynamic environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the primary IT engineering partner for Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams, deeply understanding their workflows and designing scalable solutions to improve efficiency and operational maturity.
  • Build and maintain workflows and automations across enterprise systems using low-code/no-code platforms such as Workato, Okta Workflows, and Zapier.
  • Design and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance legal and compliance processes, including the evaluation and integration of specialized tools.
  • Work with APIs across major platforms and vendors, integrating systems such as identity, cloud, and SaaS tools into a unified operational ecosystem.
  • Own and evolve legal and compliance technology platforms, including tools such as Ironclad, Auditboard, Google Workspace, and internal systems.
  • Manage service desk workflows and IT orchestration using tools like Jira and Confluence, ensuring operational continuity and efficiency.
  • Lead full lifecycle delivery of IT initiatives, from proof of concept through implementation, scaling, and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with Security, People Ops, Engineering, and IT teams to design secure, scalable, and globally consistent systems.
  • Respond to critical incidents and escalations as part of an on-call rotation when required.
  • Maintain technical documentation, system diagrams, and operational knowledge bases to ensure clarity and sustainability of solutions.
  • Continuously evaluate, test, and enhance existing tools and processes to ensure systems remain modern and effective.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in IT engineering, systems automation, or enterprise IT roles.
  • Strong expertise in identity and access management standards such as SAML, OAuth, SSO, RBAC, ABAC, and related frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with automation and orchestration tools such as Workato or equivalent platforms.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python) and familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
  • Experience working with APIs and integrating enterprise SaaS platforms into complex tech ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of cloud environments such as AWS or GCP and enterprise IT architectures.
  • Experience with endpoint management and MDM tools such as Jamf, Intune, or Kandji.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced environments and make sound decisions under uncertainty.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to produce clear technical documentation and collaborate across business and technical teams.
  • High level of trustworthiness and discretion when handling sensitive and regulated information.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and location
  • Remote-friendly work environment with global collaboration opportunities
  • Exposure to high-impact enterprise systems and critical business functions
  • Opportunity to work with advanced automation, AI, and cloud technologies
  • Career growth in a fast-scaling global technology organization
  • Collaborative, cross-functional engineering and IT environment
  • Opportunity to design and influence enterprise-scale systems from the ground up
  • Work on globally distributed teams with meaningful ownership of projects.
