  • Lead SOX process improvement initiatives, ensuring documentation, governance artifacts, and control evidence are accurate and up to date
  • Collaborate with control owners to implement new or updated controls and ensure proper testing and integration
  • Manage ServiceNow-based resource allocation, onboarding/offboarding, SOW tracking, and ERP-aligned financial monitoring

  • Experience with SOX program delivery, control testing, and audit coordination
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and familiarity with resource or workflow management tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and derive actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at different levels, including senior leadership
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive projects to completion, and maintain accuracy under pressure
  • Strong independence, initiative, and attention to detail in fast-paced environments
  • Preferred certifications: CISA, CPA, PMP, or CRISC

Benefits:

  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $87,000 to $161,300, based on experience and qualifications
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan and stock purchase options
