Senior IT Analyst

Accountabilities:

Provide Tier 1 help desk support, resolving user issues, documenting workflows, and escalating complex problems
Assist with geospatial data engineering and workflows to ensure data availability in both Enterprise and Online ArcGIS environments
Design and deliver training sessions on ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Earth, and other ArcGIS toolsets for stakeholders
Publish, maintain, and curate content within Enterprise and AGOL platforms
Support user administration, report generation, and other system maintenance tasks
Develop automation scripts and processes using Python to streamline geospatial workflows and data pipelines

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Management Information Systems, IT Management, or related IT field
Minimum of 8 years of relevant IT and GIS experience
Proficiency in ArcGIS Online and Enterprise portal maintenance, including users, groups, roles, and content management
Strong Python scripting skills for geospatial automation using libraries such as arcpy, ArcGIS Python API, and general-purpose Python libraries
Experience with ArcGIS Hub, Experience Builder, Survey123, FieldMaps, and other no-code or mobile GIS solutions
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance
Strong communication skills and ability to deliver effective training sessions to diverse audiences
