This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Internal Events Manager in Georgia.

In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and operational management of internal events that foster engagement, collaboration, and team cohesion across the organization. You will design and scale repeatable programs, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and partner with cross-functional teams including People, Finance, Workplace, and Executive Business Partners. This role balances strategy with hands-on execution, ensuring that company-wide gatherings, team offsites, and other internal events are impactful, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals. You will play a critical role in creating memorable experiences that inspire employees and strengthen the company culture, while continuously improving processes, templates, and operational workflows.


Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and management of company-wide events and team offsites
  • Maintain and improve internal events playbooks, templates, run-of-show documents, and approval workflows
  • Manage budgets, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and day-of production for internal events
  • Maintain the internal events calendar and ensure alignment across departments
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including People, Finance, Legal, Workplace, and Executive Business Partners to operationalize events strategy
  • Develop scalable operational processes that ensure consistency, reliability, and measurable impact of events
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience managing internal or corporate events from conception to execution
  • Proven experience with event budgets, vendor negotiations, contract management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong program and project management skills with attention to operational detail
  • Excellent communication and influence skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and scale processes and playbooks efficiently
  • Experience in remote-first or hybrid work environments is a plus
