This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Insurance Product Content Professional in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of healthcare content strategy, regulatory compliance, and digital experience, focusing on the end-to-end management of Medicare member documentation and provider directory content. You will play a key part in ensuring that Integrated DSNP provider directories remain accurate, compliant, and consistently updated across all member touchpoints. Operating in a highly regulated environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with CMS requirements and enterprise standards. The position combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, requiring both analytical precision and operational discipline. You will help shape how critical provider information is structured, maintained, and delivered across digital and service channels. This is a high-impact role where accuracy, governance, and customer trust directly influence member experience and operational performance.

Accountabilities
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of Medicare provider directories, including setup, updates, quality assurance, and CMS-compliant monthly refreshes to ensure accuracy and reliability across all channels.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of DSNP provider directories by aligning content management practices with regulatory requirements, customer experience goals, and enterprise priorities.
  • Oversee content creation, validation, and publication processes, ensuring all directory information meets CMS and state compliance standards while maintaining clarity and consistency.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution with Product, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Digital teams to support governance, change control, and operational alignment.
  • Manage integration of provider data across systems and platforms to enable seamless information flow and improved service and agent experience.
  • Track key performance indicators related to data accuracy and operational efficiency, identifying and implementing improvements to reduce friction and enhance compliance outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product development, content management, compliance documentation, or related healthcare operational roles, ideally within regulated environments.
  • Strong experience gathering, validating, and managing complex datasets or content inputs from multiple stakeholders and systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort learning new tools, platforms, and digital content management systems quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and facilitate structured meetings with clear outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate regulatory and technical requirements into clear, actionable business content.
  • Preferred experience in Medicare, Medicaid, or DSNP programs, along with familiarity with CMS regulations and healthcare compliance frameworks.
  • Exposure to digital experience platforms, testing tools, or project management certifications (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

Benefits

  • Competitive annual salary range of approximately $71,100–$97,800, with potential eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with additional financial wellness support options.
  • Paid time off including holidays, vacation, parental leave, caregiver leave, and volunteer time off.
  • Short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, and additional protection programs.
  • Flexible remote work environment with occasional travel opportunities for training or collaboration sessions.
  • Professional development opportunities in a highly regulated, mission-driven healthcare environment.
