  • Partner with subject matter experts to translate complex technical content into clear, structured, and learner-friendly instructional materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure high-quality course delivery aligned with business and learner needs.
  • Integrate accessibility, UX/UI, and quality assurance best practices into all instructional design work.
  • Use learner data and feedback to continuously improve course effectiveness and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Sciences, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably in higher education or workforce development programs.
  • Strong understanding of learning science, assessment design, and adult learning theory application.
  • Experience developing online courses using LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain instructional decisions and collaborate across teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on learner outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Experience working with SMEs, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders in a remote or distributed environment.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary ranging from $84,231 to $112,308, with potential eligibility for performance-based bonus.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Retirement savings plans and financial wellness support.
  • Paid time off and flexible work arrangements depending on role eligibility.
  • Opportunity to work on nationally impactful education and workforce development programs.
  • Access to professional development, training, and certification opportunities.
  • Exposure to innovative learning technologies and AI-enhanced instructional design practices.
