This is a position within Keller Executive Search and not with one of its clients.

As a Senior Innovation Strategy Manager at Keller Executive Search, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovation strategies that drive growth and competitive advantage. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to identify new market opportunities, optimize processes, and implement innovative solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive innovation strategies aligned with Keller Executive Search's business objectives.
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives.
- Identify emerging market trends and leverage insights to inform strategy.
- Establish frameworks and processes to foster a culture of innovation.
- Monitor and report on the progress of innovation projects and their impact.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and effectively communicate strategy outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

- Minimum 7 years of experience in innovation strategy, management consulting, or related fields.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in recruitment, professional services, or related industries is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated success in driving innovation initiatives that deliver measurable results.
