Senior Identity Developer

We are seeking a Senior Identity Developer to design, develop, and implement modern Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on engineering experience, deep familiarity with identity protocols, and the ability to build secure, scalable, and user-friendly authentication and authorization flows.
This role is highly technical, with a primary focus on development, integration work, and CIAM platform configuration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and integration of CIAM solutions across client projects

• Design and build secure authentication, authorization, and identity workflows

• Develop custom logic using JavaScript, Node.js, Java, .NET, Python, or similar technologies

• Configure and customize identity platforms (Auth0, Okta, Transmit Security, Descope, etc.)

• Integrate CIAM with client applications, APIs, and third-party services

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity, authentication, and integration issues

• Ensure solutions follow security best practices and compliance standards

• Collaborate with client developers and internal delivery teams throughout implementation

• Stay current on emerging CIAM technologies, protocols, and identity engineering patterns

Requirements:

• Proven software development experience with recent hands-on coding

• Deep understanding of IAM/CIAM protocols including OIDC, SAML, OAuth, and FIDO2

• Strong experience implementing and developing with leading CIAM platforms (Auth0, Okta, Transmit Security, Descope)

• Experience integrating identity with web applications, mobile applications, and APIs

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams
