The Senior HR Data Analyst will work closely with HR leadership and business stakeholders to turn complex workforce data into actionable insights that inform decision-making. This position involves predictive modeling, trend analysis, and reporting to support workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives. The role combines technical expertise with strong business acumen to improve HR processes, identify trends, and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Accountabilities:- Develop and maintain comprehensive HR reports and analytics for all levels of management.
- Collect, compile, and analyze HR data from multiple sources, including HRIS, payroll, surveys, and external benchmarks.
- Identify trends in recruitment, retention, motivation, turnover, and compliance to support strategic workforce decisions.
- Build predictive models and conduct statistical analyses to forecast workforce trends, attrition, and talent needs.
- Lead HR analytics projects such as compensation benchmarking, employee surveys, and succession planning initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity and quality across HR systems, performing audits and collaborating with IT and HCM teams.
- Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Partner with HR business partners, recruiters, and business leaders to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or related roles.
- Expert proficiency in Excel and familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SQL).
- Strong understanding of HR systems and processes, including HCM, ATS, and payroll.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights for senior leadership.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to consult with business leaders and HR teams, presenting data clearly to varied audiences.
