In this role, you will join a high-performing team and play a pivotal role in analyzing complex operational and product-related data to support strategic decision-making and improve the performance of Interwell Health’s tools and services. You will work closely with your Interwell Health colleagues and stakeholders to understand analytical needs, generate insights that inform product development, streamline workflows, and drive operational efficiency.</p><p><strong><span class="EOP SCXW38801950 BCX0" data-ccp-props="{}">What You'll Do:</span></strong></p><ul><li><span data-contrast="auto">Analyze large datasets from various sources, including electronic health records (EHRs), claims data, membership and eligibility files, and public health databases</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Develop and implement advanced statistical models and algorithms to identify trends, patterns, and insights in healthcare data</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li><li>Conduct product-focused healthcare analytics to evaluate feature effectiveness, user engagement, and clinical workflow impact, identifying opportunities to enhance care delivery and operational efficiency</li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to support healthcare strategies and initiatives</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in healthcare data analytics</span></li></ul><p><span data-ccp-props="{}"><strong>What You'll Need:</strong><br></span></p><ul><li><span data-contrast="auto">Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare data analytics</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">5+ years of experience in SQL (queries, stored procedures, triggers, functions, views, tables, constraints, etc.), and SQL query tuning</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Proficiency in statistical software and programming languages such as R, Python, and/or SAS</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li><li>Strong understanding of healthcare data sources, including EHRs, claims data, and public health databases&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build consensus at senior levels, representing data analysis as a key driver of business insights&nbsp;</li><li>Skilled at balancing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.</li><li><span class="TextRun SCXW158322576 BCX0" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW158322576 BCX0">Knowledge of </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW158322576 BCX0">VBC, </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW158322576 BCX0">healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices</span></span><span class="EOP SCXW158322576 BCX0" data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li></ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Our mission is to reinvent healthcare to help patients live their best lives, and we proudly live our mission-driven values:&nbsp;</p><p>- We care deeply about the people we serve.&nbsp;<br>- We are better when we work together.&nbsp;<br>- Humility is a source of our strength. &nbsp;<br>- We bring joy to our work.<br>- We deliver on our promises.&nbsp;</p><p>We are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout our recruiting practices.
