As Wiz continues to scale at an extraordinary rate, the need for actionable insights and data-driven strategies has never been greater. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the GTM Analytics team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, GTM Analytics, the Senior GTM Data Analyst will act as the key Analytics business partner for the Marketing organization, driving decision-making by owning key models, dashboards, delivering ad-hoc analysis, and providing insights that directly impact marketing effectiveness and growth strategies. This role will be instrumental in helping the Marketing team harness data to make smarter, faster, and more strategic decisions. LOCATION: We are focusing on candidates who are NYC based WHAT YOU’LL DO<ul><li>Act as the primary analytics partner for Marketing, collaborating closely with leadership, operations, and analytics peers to provide actionable insights that shape strategy and execution.</li><li>Define, track, and continuously refine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and models, conducting deep-dive analyses to uncover opportunities and drive marketing performance.</li><li>Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reporting solutions, ensuring rapid access to accurate and meaningful insights that empower data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Partner closely with IT and BI Stakeholders to build and maintain a robust data infrastructure, emphasizing data quality, accessibility, and reliability to support evolving analytics needs.</li><li>Align with Finance and Marketing teams to standardize data definitions, methodologies, and reporting practices, ensuring cohesive decision-making across departments.</li><li>Represent Analytics in cross-functional initiatives, advocating for data-informed decisions and scalable solutions aligned with business priorities.</li></ul>WHAT YOU’LL BRING<ul><li>3-4+ years of experience in analytics, data operations, consulting, or similar roles.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate complex analyses and insights to senior leadership, translating technical details into strategic recommendations.</li><li>Deep passion for data-driven problem-solving, with advanced proficiency in SQL, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and visual analytics tools (e.g., Looker).</li><li>Proven ability to design and build scalable data pipelines, models, dashboards, and visualizations that support a rapidly growing, agile business environment.</li><li>Familiarity with Snowflake, DBT, or Looker is valued, but not required—willingness and ability to quickly learn new tools is essential.</li></ul>If you don’t meet every single qualification but believe you’d be a strong fit for this role, we encourage you to apply.
