About the Position:Â
The Senior Growth Strategy Director is responsible for driving the growth of the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities. This role combines strategic planning with direct business development execution, leading efforts across the full opportunity lifecycle, from opportunity identification through deal execution, while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-impact growth.Â

What You’ll Do: Â
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new growth opportunities aligned with long-term SBU objectives, including market expansion, service line growth, and targeted client segments. Â
Develop and implement strategic growth plans, translating high-level priorities into actionable initiatives that support revenue generation and market positioning.Â
Lead the planning and structuring of business development efforts across the opportunity lifecycle, including opportunity identification, qualification, and pursuit strategy.Â
Partner with Business Development and proposal teams to shape competitive, high-quality submissions, ensuring alignment with client needs, pricing strategy, and organizational capabilities. Â
Support the development of pricing approaches, deal structuring, and overall positioning strategies to enhance win probability and long-term value. Â
Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Operations, Client Services, Recruitment, Finance, and Legal, to ensure growth initiatives are feasible, appropriately scoped, and positioned for successful execution. Â
Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitive activity to inform growth strategies and provide insights to senior leadership. Â
Track and evaluate the performance of growth initiatives, providing reporting and recommendations to optimize outcomes and refine strategy. Â
Develop frameworks, tools, and processes that improve consistency, scalability, and effectiveness across business development and growth efforts. Â
Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership and business development teams, providing guidance on opportunity strategy, market positioning, and execution planning. Â
Support the expansion and strengthening of client relationships by aligning growth strategies with client priorities and long-term partnership opportunities.Â
What You’ll Bring: Â
Five years of sales and management experience, preferably in healthcare staffing and/or consulting services.Â
Bachelor's degree, preferred.Â
Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job’s impact to the organization.Â

Salary:Â $165,000 - $180,000 Annually

The starting salary offer will vary based on the applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This position may also be eligible to participate in a company incentive plan and/or commission plan.
