Come join our team and help us create secure cloud environments that allow the best companies to move faster. </div>SUMMARYWiz is looking for a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager, Email & Lifecycle to own all email marketing communications to our customers and prospects and drive pipeline generation from our email channel. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing Ops, Campaigns, Product, BDR) to ensure that our email program reflects offers, messaging, and content that aligns with different personas, product lines, and customer maturity.WHAT YOU’LL DO<ul><li>Own and manage a centralized global email calendar to ensure alignment across marketing, product, and sales teams</li><li>Build and scale nurture programs tailored to the buyer journey—educating, engaging, and converting leads into pipeline for our different product lines</li><li>Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and brand across all email communications, from product updates to demand gen campaigns</li><li>Craft compelling copy and implement a content strategy that resonates across personas and lifecycle stages</li><li>Own audience segmentation strategy to drive growth and engagement across key personas, accounts, and lifecycle stages</li><li>Optimize email performance through A/B testing, experimentation, and analysis</li><li>Define and track success metrics to ensure email programs are aligned to pipeline and revenue goals</li><li>Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, RevOps, and Sales to execute integrated, high-impact email programs</li><li>Continuously improve deliverability, engagement, and ROI through email best practices and lifecycle innovation</li><li>Provide visibility into program performance through regular reporting, roadmap updates, and quarterly reviews with stakeholders</li><li>Expand automated email flows across the customer journey—including AE-led outreach and post-sales motions</li></ul>WHAT YOU’LL BRING<ul><li>8+ years of experience in an Email, Lifecycle, Growth Marketing, or Demand Generation role</li><li>Deep understanding of email marketing platforms (Marketo) and partnering with Marketing Operations teams</li><li>Data-driven and detail-oriented mindset to create engaging copy and achieve pipeline targets</li><li>Deep knowledge of architecting and optimizing email nurture campaigns</li><li>Collaborative mindset to cultivate partnerships with an ecosystem of stakeholders and enabling them to achieve their goals with email</li><li>Passionate about email and the unique reach and capabilities of the medium to articulate a story and engage an audience</li><li>Curiosity and experience in the cloud, developer, or security space</li></ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description">Benefits Wiz offers a competitive package of benefits and programs to support you and your family.
