Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate is a resourceful growth hacker with a full-stack marketing skillset who thrives in high-intensity environments. You're part strategist, part hands-on executor with adaptability to jump between channels, tactics, and team needs as opportunities arise.

You have an exceptional eye for spotting growth opportunities large and small, and live "fail fast" philosophy. You're obsessed with AI and automation, constantly seeking ways to eliminate manual work for yourself and your team members, and unlock new capabilities that give us all an edge.

You have a growth mindset and are motivated by the chance to help build a generational company.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, propose, and execute your own cutting-edge, high-impact top of funnel growth experiments with the goal of contributing at least 10% of all new site traffic. Examples could include social media growth hacking, free tools, programmatic SEO, and more

• Deploy creative new tactics within our existing growth channels to double their growth impact, including in our affiliate program, SEO/AEO, website CRO, and more

• Work with Head of Growth to supercharge our marketing team's productivity to the top 5% of our industry, utilizing AI and automation tools like Zapier and Make.com:

  • Operationalize content repurposing workflows across affiliate program, website content, and more

  • Help team members automate their reporting and other repeat actions

  • Unlock new capabilities that give our team members an edge in daily work

• Leveraging your full stack marketing skillset, jump in and assist other sales & marketing team members in their week to week project execution

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience working in growth marketing

• Hands-on experience with at least 1 of the following: search or social ads, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or SEO

• Experience using make.com, n8n or Zapier

• Regularly used lowcode or nocode tools in current/previous role

• Highly analytical. Data driven in everything you do

• AI native. You're obsessed with AI and utilize LLMs whenever you possibly can

Bonus if you have:

• Tech startup experience preferred but not a hard requirement

• Experience using email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM tools
