We’re a fast-growing, performance-driven organization built on autonomy, accountability, and continuous improvement — and we’re now hiring a Sales Conversion Specialist (formerly “Closer”) to join our high-performing sales team.

About the Role

As a Sales Conversion Specialist, you will convert qualified leads into long-term clients by communicating value clearly, handling objections with confidence, and demonstrating a deep understanding of our services. You will engage prospects during the final stage of the sales cycle, ensuring they feel supported and informed as they move toward a partnership with GigaBrands.

This is a full-time, remote position aligned with 9:00am–6:00pm EST.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute final-stage sales calls with qualified prospects
Identify client needs and tailor solutions to address concerns and objections
Negotiate terms, present proposals, and close deals while nurturing a positive client experience
Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities and client interactions
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience closing sales, ideally within e-commerce, digital marketing, or related high-growth environments
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value clearly and confidently
A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and persuasion abilities
Proficiency with CRM systems and modern sales processes
Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and disciplined in daily work habits
Comfortable working remotely with strong time-management and organizational skills
