Senior Graphic Designer - REMOTE

• Lead and manage a team of 4 designers, providing guidance and quality control
• Audit, clean up, and optimize existing Klaviyo email templates
• Build and implement reusable email components and design systems in Klaviyo
• Establish design standards and workflows to improve team efficiency
• Ensure brand consistency across all email campaigns and clients
• Collaborate with marketing and lifecycle teams to align on campaign goals
• Continuously improve design processes, scalability, and performance

• Proven experience designing emails in Klaviyo (design-focused role)
• Strong senior-level design skills with a solid portfolio
• Experience building and managing email design systems or component libraries
• Previous experience working in or with a marketing agency
• Ability to lead, organize, and bring structure to a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
