SquareTrade is the fastest growing company of its kind. We’re revolutionizing a $30b industry with service innovation and attention to customer satisfaction. We partner with some of the largest, most sophisticated retailers and carriers in the world (Amazon, Walmart, The Home Depot to name a few), consistently win industry awards, have received tens of thousands of 5-star reviews… and we’re just getting started. A member of the Allstate family, SquareTrade has headquarters in San Francisco and London. We are currently expanding in Europe and Asia Pacific, including Japan and Australia.
In this role, you will serve as the central point of coordination for a global cross-functional team of internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will evolve and expand over time.Â
Initially, you will be responsible for leading a large-scale services and systems integration with a major retailer’s US, Canadian and European operations. As the program owner, you will be accountable for all facets of program planning, execution and delivery, and you will manage all internal and external stakeholder communications and expectations.
Upon successful completion of the program's end-to-end implementation and its transition to live status across all geographies, your responsibilities will shift to managing program strategy and operations. In this capacity, you will manage and be accountable for program performance across all regions, ensure consistent delivery of program SLAs, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and execute program optimization and growth initiatives.
In this high-visibility role, you will be the retailer’s primary point of contact throughout the program lifecycle and you will collaborate closely with the internal PMO, Marketing, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, Finance, Product and Engineering teams to implement and manage the program. To succeed in this role, you will need exceptional program management expertise, strong stakeholder management and communication skills, and the ability to problem solve, think strategically and make data driven decisions.Â
