This position's home company is OLLY.</p><h3 data-start="753" data-end="795"><strong data-start="757" data-end="795">THE ROLE: SENIOR FP&amp;A MANAGER, VMS</strong></h3><p data-start="797" data-end="1169">We’re seeking a high-impact finance leader to consolidate and govern an $800M+ retail sales P&amp;L across OLLY and SmartyPants. The Senior FP&amp;A Manager owns the month, the forecast, and the story—harmonizing reporting and performance reviews across both OpCos, orchestrating the month-end close with Accounting, and elevating visibility and speed through automation and AI.</p><p data-start="1171" data-end="1402">Functional business partners own and explain their line items; you own what rolls into the consolidated P&amp;L and forecast. This role reports to the Senior Director, Head of Commercial &amp; Strategy, VMS, and manages one FP&amp;A Associate.</p><h3 data-start="1409" data-end="1437"><strong data-start="1413" data-end="1437">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></h3><ul data-start="1439" data-end="3498"><li data-start="1439" data-end="1625"><p data-start="1441" data-end="1625"><strong data-start="1441" data-end="1480">Monthly landing &amp; forecast cadence:</strong> Run preclose risk/opportunity reviews, bridges, and executive narratives; deliver accurate rolling forecasts across Revenue → GM → UOP → Cash.</p></li><li data-start="1626" data-end="1848"><p data-start="1628" data-end="1848"><strong data-start="1628" data-end="1674">Month-end reporting &amp; close orchestration:</strong> Own the close pack and co-lead “closing the books” with Accounting (cutoff, accruals, late-post governance) to produce timely, accurate P&amp;L, balance sheet, and cash views.</p></li><li data-start="1849" data-end="2071"><p data-start="1851" data-end="2071"><strong data-start="1851" data-end="1885">Harmonized reporting &amp; forums:</strong> Standardize KPI dictionary, deck templates, and forum cadence so both OpCos share the same look, feel, and process across performance reviews, QBRs (Wellbeing/Unilever), AOP, and 3YP.</p></li><li data-start="2072" data-end="2266"><p data-start="2074" data-end="2266"><strong data-start="2074" data-end="2098">Overheads ownership:</strong> Lead end-to-end Overheads planning, forecasting, bridges (rate/volume/one-offs), and spend governance with functional owners and HR, supported by the FP&amp;A Associate.</p></li><li data-start="2267" data-end="2415"><p data-start="2269" data-end="2415"><strong data-start="2269" data-end="2290">Key member, S&amp;OP:</strong> Serve as a critical member of OLLY and SmartyPants S&amp;OP; responsible for cash-up, overlays, and input into Consensus S&amp;OP.</p></li><li data-start="2416" data-end="2633"><p data-start="2418" data-end="2633"><strong data-start="2418" data-end="2449">Working capital leadership:</strong> Own WC forecast, actuals, and reporting (DSO/DIO/DPO, CCC/CTN, payables usage); align targets and narrative with the Wellbeing team and maintain actions log with accountable owners.</p></li><li data-start="2634" data-end="2879"><p data-start="2636" data-end="2879"><strong data-start="2636" data-end="2684">GMVA, price/volume &amp; supply chain economics:</strong> Build and maintain GMVA frameworks to report underlying price, volume growth, and supply chain GMVA (PPV, yield, waste, freight, logistics, mix); ensure reconciliation to consolidated bridges.</p></li><li data-start="2880" data-end="3114"><p data-start="2882" data-end="3114"><strong data-start="2882" data-end="2913">Decision support &amp; tooling:</strong> Deploy automated dashboards (e.g., Power BI) and AI-assisted analysis to reduce cycle time from data → insight → decision; govern a single source of truth for models, queries, and master data logic.</p></li><li data-start="3115" data-end="3351"><p data-start="3117" data-end="3351"><strong data-start="3117" data-end="3150">Planning (AOP &amp; 3-Year Plan):</strong> Coordinate consolidated plans, assumptions, scenarios, and sensitivities with line-of-sight from functional plans to VMS P&amp;L and cash; codify and monitor guardrails (price/mix/trade/BMI/COGS/OH/WC).</p></li><li data-start="3352" data-end="3498"><p data-start="3354" data-end="3498"><strong data-start="3354" data-end="3374">Team leadership:</strong> Coach, develop, and performance manage one FP&amp;A Associate; raise the bar on clarity, speed, accuracy, and analytical rigor.</p></li></ul><h3 data-start="4266" data-end="4310"><strong data-start="4270" data-end="4308">SUCCESS METRICS</strong></h3><ul data-start="4620" data-end="5061"><li data-start="4620" data-end="4735"><p data-start="4622" data-end="4735">On-time, accurate landings with ≤ ±1–2% variance on key P&amp;L lines and a clean, well-controlled month-end close.</p></li><li data-start="4736" data-end="4820"><p data-start="4738" data-end="4820">Harmonized reporting and forum cadence live across both OpCos within 6–9 months.</p></li><li data-start="4821" data-end="4947"><p data-start="4823" data-end="4947">Transparent bridges and actions for Overheads and Working Capital, with measurable improvement in cash conversion drivers.</p></li><li data-start="4948" data-end="5061"><p data-start="4950" data-end="5061">Automation of recurring reporting and consistent use of price/volume and margin bridges in executive reviews.</p></li></ul><h3 data-start="3505" data-end="3543"><strong data-start="3509" data-end="3543">CAPABILITIES + SKILLS REQUIRED</strong></h3><ul data-start="3545" data-end="4351"><li data-start="3545" data-end="3684"><p data-start="3547" data-end="3684">7–10 years in FP&amp;A or Commercial Finance (CPG/retail preferred), with multi-entity consolidation and close partnership with Accounting.</p></li><li data-start="3685" data-end="3845"><p data-start="3687" data-end="3845">Expert modeling and driver-based forecasting, including price/volume and margin bridges;
