Senior FP&A Manager
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our Finance team and help drive financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making at TGC. This role will be central to building and scaling our FP&A capabilities, with responsibility for corporate-level planning and analysis as well as cross-functional business partnering.
What you'll do here:
You will work closely with the VP of Finance, Director of Finance, and department leaders to provide insights that inform business strategy, optimize resource allocation, and ensure financial discipline across the company.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the company-wide planning process, consolidating budgets and forecasts across all departments.
Management Reporting: Develop and deliver monthly financial reporting packages, including P&L, cash flow, and key business KPIs.
Data Analysis & Insights: Work with data from data warehouses and business systems to analyze trends, surface insights, and drive more data-driven forecasting.
Long-Range Planning: Support multi-year financial modeling and scenario analysis for strategic planning and board-level presentations.
Business Partnering: Partner with department heads (Product, Engineering, Publishing, G&A/Ops) to provide financial insights, track performance vs. budget, and support decision-making.
Process Improvement: Enhance forecasting accuracy and financial processes by leveraging our FP&A tool (Abacum), ERP (NetSuite), and data infrastructure.
Strategic Analysis: Provide financial analysis for new initiatives, partnerships, and international operations, including sensitivity analysis and ROI modeling.
Executive Support: Prepare clear, insightful presentations for executive leadership and investors.
Must Haves:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
6–10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking; prior experience at a high-growth company or gaming/entertainment/tech industry strongly preferred.
Proven experience leading full budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles, with ownership over timeline, deliverables, and accuracy. Ideally, you have supported two to three cycles and led at least two end-to-end planning/reporting cycles.
Advanced financial modeling and Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with FP&A tools (Abacum a plus), ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), and querying/analyzing data from data warehouses or BI platforms.
Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow dynamics.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing senior stakeholders.
Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
We look forward to meeting you!
