Senior Financial Analyst - Sales and Revenue

Key responsibilities include collaborating with business partners in Accounting, Sales Operations, and Renewals to gather actuals and forecasts, performing financial modeling, conducting revenue and variance analyses, and preparing materials for board presentations. Job Duties & Responsibilities:  Reporting and Analysis <ul><li>Design, develop, and deliver informative reporting on various financial metrics coupled with action-oriented insight on which stakeholders can make decisions </li><li>Ensure accurate financial and operational reporting during the close process </li><li>Assist in driving best practices in reporting and analysis including KPI’s and dashboards </li><li>Assist in maintenance of the PowerBI Models (example: the ARR cube)</li><li>Maintain Netsuite reporting  </li></ul>Planning and Forecasting <ul><li>Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision making </li><li>Assist in the preparation of the annual business plan, monthly forecasts and rolling 3-year strategic plan </li><li>Review monthly actual expenses, perform variance analysis, and adjust forecast as necessary </li></ul>Business Partnering <ul><li>Inform and educate business areas as to the financial impact of decisions, as well as recommending an optimal or preferred solution to influence strategic direction </li><li>Develop divisional/functional and Company-level measurements to create awareness of and accountability for results </li><li>Prepare customized management-level reports and dashboards in support of the Company's initiatives or programs </li><li>Summarize complex information and concepts and clearly communicate up to Senior Management </li></ul>Additional <ul><li>Champion data management and data quality across the organization </li><li>Help drive operational efficiencies and process optimization. </li><li>Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reporting for Board and Senior Management as requested. </li></ul>Qualifications<div><ul><li>7+ years professional experience with at least 3 at the senior level in FP&A, Sales Ops, or RevOps</li><li>Experience in a private equity backed SAAS company required, preferably within the $100-350MM ARR range</li><li>Revenue modeling skills, particularly in Power BI</li><li>Strong experience with NetSuite </li><li>Experience with Adaptive Insights is nice to have</li><li>Strong understanding of operational processes within a company</li><li>Excellent problem-solver; history of making good decisions based upon a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience and judgment</li><li>Takes a proactive and consultative approach to influence process improvement</li><li>Experience with Sales/Booking reporting and supporting metrics</li><li>Understanding of ARR including Churn Analysis and related KPIs</li></ul>What's in it for you? </div><ul><li><div>You join the gold standard in school safety software. </div></li><li><div>You will join a company where innovation and customer collaboration are part of what drives new product development to help keep kids safe. </div></li><li><div>You will work with diverse teams made up of some of the best minds in the industry.</div></li><li><div>You will get exposure to strong mentorship and leadership that have supported a long history of career advancement opportunities for our employees. </div></li><li><div>You will have access to a robust benefits package that includes: </div></li><ul><li><div>Remote-first philosophy </div></li><li><div>Flexible paid time off </div></li><li><div>Paid parental leave </div></li><li><div>11 Paid holidays per year </div></li><li><div>Workplace flexibility </div></li><li><div>Affordable health coverage (medical, dental, vision), paid 100% for employee only medical </div></li><li><div>401(k) employer contribution to help you plan for the future </div></li><li><div>Company paid life insurance, STD, and LTD </div></li></ul></ul> <div class="content-conclusion">If you are a resident of California, Colorado, New Jersey, New York or Washington, please reach out to <a href="mailto:hr@raptortech.com">hr@raptortech.com</a> for a reasonable estimate of annual base compensation and any eligible incentive compensation.
