In this role, you will be responsible for revenue and topline metric reporting, including Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), retention, churn, and bookings. You will also assist with revenue forecasting and support governance of reporting policies and standards.As a Senior Financial Analyst, Revenue & Customer Operations, you will partner closely with Go-To-Market (GTM) and Customer Operations teams to deliver budget vs. actual (BvA) reporting, scenario modeling, and insights that improve decision-making. The successful candidate will provide a unique opportunity to strengthen StarRez’s forecasting and reporting capabilities while enhancing governance and consistency across Finance and Operations. Role Specifics<ul><li>Work Location: Remote (US) with a strong preference for Denver-based candidates willing to work a hybrid schedule</li><li>Travel: 5% (The percentage of travel is an estimation and can vary based on business need.)</li><li>Reporting Structure: This role reports to the VP, Finance.</li></ul> What You Will Own<ul><li>Lead the preparation, tracking, and reporting of ARR, bookings, and other topline SaaS metrics on a monthly or more frequent basis.</li><li>Apply judgment and analytical rigor to validate the accuracy of bookings and ARR reporting, ensuring alignment with contractual terms and revenue policies.</li><li>Assist with the implementation and communication of reporting governance standards.</li><li>Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services to provide revenue reporting, BvA analysis, and scenario modeling.</li><li>Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to enhance reporting, forecasting accuracy, and efficiency.</li><li>Provide recurring and ad-hoc analysis of revenue performance, risks, and opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate effectively across global departments to ensure accurate reporting and improve reporting processes, automation, and consistency.</li><li>Assist in preparing monthly presentation materials for leadership, collaborating with Accounting and Business Intelligence to ensure organizational alignment.</li><li>Support the VP of Finance and CFO with projects related to forecasting, reporting, and governance.</li></ul> Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.</li><li>3+ years of experience in financial analysis, revenue reporting, or FP&A at a SaaS software company.</li><li>Strong skills in Excel and financial modeling.</li><li>In-depth understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, retention, etc.).</li><li>Experience with forecasting processes and variance analysis.</li><li>Experience using Salesforce or another enterprise CRM platform.</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>MBA or relevant master’s degree.</li><li>Familiarity with BI or dashboarding tools (Tableau, Domo, or similar).</li><li>Experience automating reporting and processes in Excel or other software.</li><li>Exposure to revenue reporting and governance initiatives.</li><li>Experience preparing presentations for leadership.</li><li>Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.</li><li>Proactive and analytical, with the ability to balance priorities in a dynamic environment.</li></ul> Reasons to join our Team:  <ul><li>Opportunity to be a part of a well-established, high-performance company that has been in business for over 30+ years  </li><li>Full benefits including health care, paid time off, life insurance, and 401k plan with company match for eligible team members.  </li><li>A supportive team environment with emphasis on learning and development opportunities  </li><li>Our Promise: You will learn, grow, and be appreciated for your impact and contributions.  </li><li>Z-Factor: Our most celebrated value, you will work with a team of caring, high-performing, and passionate people who have fun supporting our vision, innovation, and continuous improvement.  </li></ul> Even if you don't have all of the Preferred Qualifications listed above, but feel you have what it takes to succeed in the role, we would love to hear from you!    We are proud of our diverse workforce and are dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming environment for all employees.
