You will analyze complex healthcare and revenue cycle datasets to identify trends, explain financial performance, and support contract reimbursement and net revenue modeling. Accountabilities:- Develop and deliver recurring and ad hoc financial reports and dashboards for executive and operational stakeholders.
- Acquire, manage, and validate data from multiple internal and external healthcare finance systems.
- Analyze large and complex healthcare datasets to identify trends, variances, and performance drivers.
- Build and maintain net revenue models and support contract reimbursement and financial performance analysis.
- Translate analytical findings into clear, concise insights and visual narratives for leadership decision-making.
- Design and implement automation solutions using SQL, Excel, and other tools such as Python or SSIS to improve reporting efficiency.
- Identify and execute process improvements to enhance data accuracy, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Perform data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure integrity and consistency across reporting outputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and align analytics with business priorities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Management, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an analytics or financial analysis role working with complex datasets.
- Strong experience in healthcare finance, Revenue Cycle Management, or hospital contract modeling preferred.
- Advanced SQL skills (Snowflake, T-SQL, or Microsoft SQL) with ability to pass technical proficiency testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
- Experience communicating complex data findings to executive or senior stakeholders in a clear and actionable way.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred.
- Experience with automation tools or languages such as Python, VBA, or DAX is a plus.
- Familiarity with data engineering tools such as SSIS, ADF, or Databricks is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards is a plus.
