Accountabilities:- Support financial planning processes including monthly forecasts, quarterly reporting, and annual budgeting cycles
- Deliver accurate and insightful financial analysis to senior leadership, investors, and key stakeholders
- Partner with business leaders to monitor performance, analyze trends, and guide financial decision-making
- Develop financial models and conduct scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and growth planning
- Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational and financial performance
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes, automate workflows, and improve reporting efficiency
- Leverage advanced analytics and AI-driven tools to strengthen forecasting accuracy and uncover trends
- Assist in M&A activities, including due diligence, financial modeling, and post-acquisition integration tracking
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented FP&A culture
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in FP&A or financial analysis roles
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Experience with budgeting cycles and financial planning processes
- Ability to communicate complex financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders
- Familiarity with AI-based financial tools or advanced analytics solutions is a plus
- Experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments preferred
- Exposure to M&A processes or integration activities is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
