  • Perform monthly and quarterly variance analyses, identify operational drivers, and communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Prepare monthly reporting packages, including dashboards, KPIs, and narrative summaries for executives and stakeholders.
  • Support the development of board materials and other high-visibility deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Accounting and cross-functional teams during month-end close, ensuring accurate financial data and reconciliations.
  • Contribute to process improvements and FP&A systems enhancements, centering DEIB principles.
  • Assist with M&A activities, including financial modeling, due diligence, and integration planning.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to evaluate pricing, profitability, cost optimization, and resource allocation.
Requirements:
  • BS in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
  • 4–5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or investment banking.
  • Proven expertise in advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and building 3-statement models.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to identify key operational drivers.
  • Solid understanding of accounting operations, including month-end close and revenue/expense recognition.
  • Exceptional communication skills to translate complex financial concepts into actionable recommendations.
  • Comfortable navigating a growing and evolving organization, including ambiguity and process development.
  • High ownership, proactive problem-solving mindset, and commitment to DEIB principles.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience in professional services, digital agencies, SaaS, or project-based revenue environments.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence or automation tools (Tableau, Sage).
Benefits:
  • 100% employer-paid premiums for a platinum-level medical plan on a national network.
  • 100% employer-paid life insurance and short-term disability.
  • 50% employer-paid vision and dental insurance.
  • 401(k) plan with 3% employer contribution.
  • 17 vacation days, 12 paid holidays, sick leave, bereavement leave, and a volunteer day.
  • Paid parental leave at 100% of salary.
  • Financial support for reproductive and transgender care.
  • Flexible telecommute and remote work policies.
  • Company-issued Mac products for home offices.
  • Cell phone reimbursement, meal and ride-share reimbursement, and additional perks.
