Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst
Location: 100% Remote (US Only)
Compensation: $90,000-95,000
Reports to: Finance Manager
The Senior Financial Analyst will perform a variety of financial activities including planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting. You should also have strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills and be able to present financial information and models in a concise and easily comprehensible manner. Experience with NetSuite Planning & Budgeting or similar financial planning tools is highly preferred, as is familiarity with data modeling, reporting, and dashboarding tools such as Power BI.
What you will do:
Reviews and analyzes financial statements and reports
Tracks KPIs and prepares financial reports
Assists with budgets and monthly close processes
Understands key business driver
Assists project teams with financial guidance
Develops financial projections and building financial models
Utilizes financial planning tools including NetSuite Planning & Budgeting, Excel, and other enterprise solutions for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modeling
Builds dashboards to support data-driven analysis of both financial and non-financial information, in collaboration with the business intelligence team
Performs research and analysis as required
Ensures compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations
Prepares comprehensive financials, forecasts, proposals, and recommendations to executive leadership, committees, and other stakeholders
Performs other duties as assigned

Thorough understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and NetSuite
Experience with NetSuite Planning & Budgeting or similar enterprise financial planning tools
Familiarity with business intelligence platforms (e.g. Power BI) for reporting and performance analysis
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of financial planning, analysis and modeling.
A bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of NetSuite
1+ year of NetSuite Planning & Budgeting or similar enterprise financial planning tools
