This is a high-visibility FP&A leadership role supporting go-to-market strategy within a fast-scaling global technology organization. You will act as a key financial partner to GTM and executive teams, driving planning, forecasting, and performance insights that shape revenue and investment decisions. The role combines strategic finance, operational rigor, and executive communication in a dynamic, high-growth SaaS environment. You will build and maintain financial models that track pipeline performance, headcount, and key business KPIs. This position plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decisions across marketing, sales, and broader GTM functions. You will also support long-range planning and resource allocation strategies that directly influence company growth. Accountabilities:You will lead core FP&A processes for GTM functions, ensuring financial discipline, forecasting accuracy, and strategic insight across the business.
- Lead monthly financial reporting cycles, ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable reporting for GTM performance.
- Drive forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes in partnership with GTM and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Build and maintain financial models for pipeline, revenue, headcount, and KPI tracking to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop executive-level presentations and deliver insights to senior leadership, board members, and external stakeholders.
- Perform monthly variance analysis and maintain rolling forecasts to reflect business performance and evolving assumptions.
- Oversee headcount planning and resource allocation across GTM and G&A functions.
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate investment effectiveness and support strategic growth initiatives through financial modeling.
- Track and analyze key operating metrics to improve decision-making and optimize resource deployment.
Requirements:
This role requires strong FP&A expertise combined with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional SaaS environment.
- 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, strategy consulting, investment banking, or venture capital, ideally with exposure to high-growth SaaS or enterprise software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills with a track record of delivering accurate, timely analysis.
- Experience supporting GTM functions such as marketing, sales, or revenue operations in a data-driven environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-moving, global organization.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to senior executives.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and comfort working through ambiguity.
- Experience with tools such as Adaptive Insights and/or NetSuite is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across teams and functions.
