This role is a critical strategic partner to senior leadership, driving operational efficiencies, productivity, and financial performance through data-driven insights and storytelling. data-aria-level="1">Financial Reporting & Month-End Close – Manage monthly closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting in collaboration with FP&A and controllership teams. </li></ul> Qualifications: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related field with a strong analytical focus. </li><li>5+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and business partnering roles. </li><li>Proven ability to interpret complex data, create insightful reports, and drive strategic decision-making. </li><li>Strong experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis. </li><li>Highly proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward. </li><li>Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to translate financial data into a compelling business narrative. </li><li>Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS PowerPoint and other MS Office products. </li><li>Experience using data visualization and reporting tools to enhance financial storytelling. </li></ul> Desired Qualifications: <ul><li>Experience in Netsuite </li><li>MBA, CPA, CMA or other advanced degrees </li><li>Experience in the Healthcare industry </li><li>Sophisticated financial modeling experience</li></ul><div
