You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product, and partnerships, balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on operational execution. Accountabilities:

As Senior Events Manager, you will:

Develop and operationalize a Global Event Playbook, establishing standards for messaging, design, execution, and ROI measurement.
Plan and execute large-scale global events, virtual user conferences, and partner activations, overseeing logistics, vendor management, creative production, and communications.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Brand, and Partner Marketing to align event content with business goals and go-to-market priorities.
Track and report on event performance, including ROI, pipeline influence, and engagement metrics, delivering actionable insights to optimize future programs.
Create enablement materials, templates, and playbooks to scale event execution globally and maintain a centralized library of reusable assets.
Support forecasting for event performance, budget allocation, and pipeline contribution, ensuring consistent tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

Candidates should bring:

5+ years of experience in event or field marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS or technology.
Proven experience executing large-scale, multi-region events and virtual conferences.
Strong project management, organizational, and logistical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, managing multiple priorities across time zones.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting on event performance metrics.
Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, and RingCentral is a plus.
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.
