This role sits at the intersection of enterprise technology leadership, customer delivery, and strategic problem-solving in a highly complex healthcare data environment. You will lead large-scale technical implementations for enterprise customers, ensuring solutions are both scalable and aligned with long-term business outcomes. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, you will bridge engineering, product, and customer stakeholders to drive clarity in ambiguous, high-impact situations. The environment is fast-moving, collaborative, and deeply cross-functional, requiring strong leadership without formal authority. You will translate complex system integrations and data workflows into actionable strategies that deliver measurable value. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in enterprise-scale technical challenges and enjoys shaping both execution and strategy.


Accountabilities
  • Lead end-to-end technical delivery for complex enterprise customer implementations, ensuring scalable and maintainable integration across multiple systems and stakeholders.
  • Architect and oversee sophisticated workflows and data integrations, aligning technical solutions with long-term customer and business objectives.
  • Act as the primary technical leader for escalations and critical initiatives, balancing delivery speed, risk management, and business impact.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, GTM, Privacy, and Science teams to define clear execution plans, roles, and success criteria.
  • Translate technical complexity into clear, executive-ready insights that support decision-making and drive customer value realization.
  • Identify reusable patterns across implementations and develop scalable frameworks, playbooks, and process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency.
  • Mentor and guide technical team members, elevating execution quality, technical judgment, and customer engagement practices.

Requirements

This role requires extensive experience leading enterprise-scale technical implementations and strong fluency in system integrations, APIs, and data workflows. The ideal candidate is highly skilled at operating in ambiguous environments and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders without direct authority. You should be capable of connecting technical decisions to business outcomes and building scalable, repeatable solutions across customer engagements. Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders. A proactive ownership mindset, strong judgment, and the ability to balance competing priorities such as speed versus quality and customization versus standardization are key to success.

  • 5–8+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles (solutions engineering, technical program management, implementations, or similar)
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex enterprise integrations or implementations
  • Strong technical fluency across APIs, data systems, and integration architectures
  • Experience working in ambiguous, high-stakes environments and driving structured outcomes
  • Ability to design scalable frameworks, processes, or reusable technical solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership experience without direct authority
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and executive audiences
  • Strong analytical thinking and business acumen to connect technical work to measurable outcomes
