Accountabilities:- Lead the development and execution of strategic plans, operational frameworks, and performance metrics to advance zero-emission truck and off-road initiatives
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of programs, including pilot projects, incentive initiatives, and large-scale deployments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and measurable outcomes
- Drive collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders to design and implement innovative, market-accelerating solutions
- Influence policy development by working closely with government agencies, regulators, and industry leaders to support adoption of clean transportation technologies
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with manufacturers, fleets, utilities, and public sector organizations to expand program reach and impact
- Guide business development efforts, including funding strategies, proposal development, and stakeholder engagement
- Lead, mentor, and grow multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Studies, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in medium- and heavy-duty vehicles or commercial off-road sectors, with strong exposure to clean transportation technologies
- Proven track record managing complex programs and multi-stakeholder initiatives, including large-scale deployments and infrastructure planning
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of regulatory, policy, and market dynamics influencing zero-emission vehicle adoption
- Experience in business development, partnership building, and securing funding opportunities
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable strategies
