  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders on complex or high-impact hiring decisions and talent strategy.

Requirements:

  • 8–10+ years of progressive experience leading Talent Acquisition or recruiting functions in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Proven success in designing, executing, and evolving scalable talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Strong track record of leading large teams with clear expectations, accountability frameworks, and talent development focus.
  • Deep expertise in structured hiring methodologies and evidence-based assessment practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data, metrics, and forecasting to drive decisions and improve performance.
  • Experience implementing and scaling AI-driven recruiting tools, automation, and modern talent systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering effectively with senior executives to influence hiring strategy.
