We're looking for an experienced Senior Director, Sales Productivity Enablement to join our Revenue Enablement team. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Enablement, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a global enablement strategy aligned with value-based selling methodologies to drive operational excellence and revenue growth
  • Partnering with sales leaders, marketing, and HR to deliver role-specific enablement programs that enhance skills and improve performance
  • Building and maintaining a data-driven enablement scorecard to measure progress on key KPIs like time-to-productivity and conversion rates
  • Leading the rollout of new sales methodologies, tools, and certifications to ensure adoption and scalability across diverse geographies
  • Mentoring and leading a high-performing enablement team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and measurable success

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales leadership, or a related field
  • 8+ years leading enablement teams, preferably in global or matrixed organizations
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing sales enablement strategies
  • Expertise in value-based selling methodologies and transitioning organizations to adopt them
  • Advanced proficiency in enablement platforms such as CMS, LMS, and Salesforce

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Certification in value-based selling methodologies (e.g., Challenger, SPIN Selling)
  • Experience with competitive positioning against industry leaders
  • Demonstrated success in developing enablement strategies for global teams
