You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve labor efficiency, standardize processes, and implement continuous improvement methodologies. It is a highly impactful position where your work directly enhances operational performance, scalability, and long-term supply chain strategy.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end supply chain projects including new fulfillment center launches, closures, and large-scale operational transitions
  • Develop and execute supply chain planning initiatives including capacity modeling, network design, and capital planning
  • Oversee distribution center design, automation integration, and material handling system optimization
  • Manage relationships with automation vendors and engineering partners to support facility innovation and upgrades
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies
  • Design and implement labor management systems, standards, and performance measurement frameworks across distribution centers
  • Analyze operational data to identify efficiency opportunities, cost reductions, and process improvements
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute complex supply chain and operational projects across multiple sites
  • Oversee third-party logistics (3PL) network management, including contracts, performance, and optimization strategies
  • Establish standardized operating procedures and ensure consistency across all fulfillment operations
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to teams responsible for operational execution and project delivery

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in supply chain, industrial engineering, operations, or large-scale fulfillment environments
  • Strong background in retail, e-commerce, or high-volume distribution center operations
  • Proven experience leading distribution center openings, closures, and large-scale operational transitions
  • Deep expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse systems, labor management systems, and operational performance analytics
  • Experience with automation systems, conveyor design, and material handling technologies
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Access, and AutoCAD for analysis and operational design
  • Strong project management and leadership skills with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package with an annual salary range of $205,000 to $265,000
  • Eligibility for annual performance-based bonuses and restricted stock unit (RSU) grants
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company participation
  • Paid time off, paid sick leave, and paid holidays
  • Hybrid and remote flexibility depending on role requirements and location
  • Exposure to large-scale global supply chain transformation and innovation projects
  • Opportunity to lead high-impact operational excellence initiatives across a global fulfillment network
  • Strong focus on professional development and leadership growth in a fast-scaling environment.
