In this high-impact leadership role, you will oversee a global implementation organization responsible for delivering enterprise SaaS solutions that drive measurable customer success. You will lead strategy, execution, and operational excellence across large-scale implementations while ensuring fast time-to-value and outstanding client experiences. Working across cross-functional teams, you will help align delivery with sales growth, product innovation, and long-term retention goals. Accountabilities:- Lead and develop a high-performing global team of implementation consultants, fostering accountability, innovation, and excellence
- Design and scale standardized implementation methodologies that ensure predictable, efficient, and high-quality project delivery
- Ensure implementations are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations and success metrics
- Oversee global capacity planning and resource allocation to maximize utilization and support evolving demand
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations teams to improve onboarding, adoption, and recurring revenue outcomes
- Build strong executive relationships with key customers, providing strategic guidance and expansion opportunities
- Track and report on core Professional Services KPIs such as utilization, time-to-value, customer satisfaction, and delivery performance
- Identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and AI-driven enhancements to increase scalability and efficiency
- Deliver training initiatives that empower internal teams and customers to maximize solution value
Requirements:
- 10+ years of customer-facing SaaS implementation leadership experience in fast-growth environments
- 5+ years leading global implementation, delivery, or Professional Services organizations
- Proven success building scalable implementation frameworks and operational processes at enterprise level
- Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business outcomes
- Hands-on exposure to AI or automation tools that improve delivery efficiency and team productivity
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and customer relationship skills
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using KPIs and operational metrics to drive decisions
- Ability to travel approximately 10%, including international travel when required
- Experience in manufacturing technology, CPQ, PLM, or CAD solutions is highly desirable
- Master’s degree, PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus
- Experience working across multicultural and distributed global teams preferred
