This role offers the opportunity to lead the strategy and execution of the end-to-end product experience for healthcare providers. You will oversee a multi-product portfolio, ensuring scalable, intuitive, and high-impact solutions that directly improve provider workflows and operational efficiency. The position involves close collaboration with Commercial, Operations, and Engineering teams to translate strategic vision into actionable product roadmaps. You will champion user-centered design principles while connecting product decisions to measurable business outcomes. This is a senior leadership role for a product executive with a strong blend of strategic thinking, execution discipline, and empathy for healthcare providers. You’ll drive innovation in a fast-paced, regulated environment and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional experiences at scale.
Accountabilities:- Define and communicate the long-term vision for the Provider Experience product portfolio, ensuring a cohesive, scalable, and user-friendly experience for providers
- Develop and prioritize strategic product roadmaps aligned with organizational goals, market needs, and operational capabilities
- Partner with Commercial teams to articulate product value, support go-to-market initiatives, and enable seamless launches
- Collaborate with Operations and Implementation teams to translate product strategy into scalable processes and workflows
- Lead Engineering partnerships to guide delivery, ensure platform reliability, and implement secure, extensible solutions
- Own key product metrics (adoption, retention, NPS, operational efficiency, financial performance) and connect decisions to measurable business impact
- Champion provider needs through user research, feedback loops, beta programs, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers and UX professionals, establishing strong product management disciplines
Requirements:
- 10+ years of Product Management experience, including 5+ years leading SaaS product teams
- Proven ability to define and execute multi-product or platform strategies that scale
- Deep expertise in user-centered design and customer experience principles, particularly in healthcare or regulated environments
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams in high-growth organizations
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and storytelling skills to inspire teams and influence senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows, provider needs, and SaaS-based technology solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare, health tech, or other regulated SaaS environments
- Track record of creating products that improve operational efficiency and provider satisfaction
- Ability to align diverse stakeholders around a shared product vision and measurable outcomes
