Job Title: Senior Director of Product Management and Development

Salary: $224,058.00/year

Job Duties:

  • Manage employees in the strategic planning, development, and success of multiple Cloud-native SaaS architecture and artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) products development for EverPro.
  • Implement product strategies for digital products within home services and healthcare domains, including market analysis, GTM planning & pricing modeling.
  • Develop and implement complex pricing strategies like usage-based, tiered, and AI-driven dynamic pricing.
  • Manage full product lifecycle, including new (0-1) SaaS products & brands initiative with MVP development for a $40M+ business.
  • Lead Product-led Growth (PLG) initiatives & strategies within home services and healthcare domains
  • Collaborate with engineering to build and scale cloud-based, multi-tenant SaaS applications across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Guide API-first product development & integration with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, FSM) using REST APIs and API integrator platforms
  • Lead productization of AI/ML models, including NLP and predictive analytics.
  • Incorporate AI-driven workflow automation and personalization strategies into product          development using large language models (LLMs).
  • Establish data-driven experimentation frameworks, A/B tests & competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to set up key performance indicators (KPIs) that support governance and use data insights obtained by using R/SQL/Python to help with analysis and product metrics.
  • Use key revenue metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn) and track monetization efficiency.
  • Guide API and microservices governance & scalable SaaS architecture relying on software development best practices in Python, C# and SQL
  • Implement technical governance models and Software product security and performance optimization.to ensure performance optimization and software product security.
  • Engage with enterprise clients, partners, and relevant regulatory organizations to align product development with industry standards and customer needs
  • Define OKRs and KPIs to measure product success, technical excellence, and business impact.
  • This is a fully remote position. Worksites are unanticipated. Work from home benefit available.

Degree Requirement: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a closely related field.

Experience required: Four (4) years of experience as a Product Manager.

Special Requirements:

Four (4) years of experience as a Product Manager must include:

Four (4) years of experience within a high growth SaaS environment; and also

Four (4) years of experience as a Software Engineer. These requirements are concurrent.

Requires demonstrable knowledge and prior experience in:

  • Cloud-native SaaS architecture and artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) product development.
  • Management with direct responsibility for supervising employees.
  • Building and scaling cloud-based, multi-tenant SaaS applications across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. 
  • API-first product development & integration with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, FSM) using REST APIs and API integrator platforms.
  • Leading Product-led Growth (PLG) initiatives & strategies.
  • Leading productization of AI/ML models, including NLP and predictive analytics.
  • Developing and implementing complex pricing models including usage-based, tiered, and AI-driven dynamic pricing.

Travel Requirements: Domestic travel required up to 1 time per month and up to 3 days per trip.  This is a fully remote position. Worksites are unanticipated. Work from home benefit available.
