This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Director, Growth Marketing in the United States.

This is a senior-level growth leadership role focused on building scalable, data-driven marketing systems that directly impact revenue growth and member engagement in a fast-scaling healthcare technology environment. You will operate across both enterprise demand generation and member lifecycle marketing, connecting acquisition, activation, and retention into a unified growth strategy. The role requires a strong systems-thinking marketer who can design repeatable programs, optimize performance through experimentation, and translate insights into measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Clinical, and Analytics teams to ensure alignment between marketing execution and organizational priorities. This is a highly cross-functional role that blends strategy, execution, and team leadership in a mission-driven, regulated industry. It is ideal for a leader who thrives in fast-moving environments and is comfortable owning both pipeline and engagement outcomes.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and scale growth marketing programs across two pillars: enterprise new business pipeline generation and member engagement/retention strategies.
  • Drive measurable contribution to net-new pipeline through account-based marketing programs, campaign orchestration, and sales-aligned initiatives.
  • Improve deal progression, win rates, and sales cycle velocity through targeted marketing activation in priority accounts.
  • Design and execute member engagement programs focused on education, retention, referrals, and ongoing participation in care journeys.
  • Build scalable growth systems by replacing one-off campaigns with structured, repeatable experimentation frameworks.
  • Define and optimize cross-channel strategies ensuring marketing programs are sequenced, integrated, and aligned to clear performance goals.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Clinical, and Analytics teams to align growth initiatives with business and patient outcomes.
  • Lead a high-performing growth marketing team, establishing KPIs, operating cadence, and a culture of experimentation and accountability.
  • Use data and performance insights to continuously refine, scale, or discontinue programs based on impact.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Brand teams to elevate messaging quality and improve conversion across journeys.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, revenue marketing, or lifecycle marketing within B2B, B2B2C, or healthcare environments.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable impact on pipeline generation, conversion, and retention outcomes.
  • Strong experience operating across both enterprise-facing demand generation and consumer/member engagement programs.
  • Highly analytical mindset with deep experience in experimentation, testing frameworks, and performance optimization.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels without loss of speed or quality.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence Sales, Product, and Analytics teams.
  • Experience in healthcare, regulated industries, or benefits-driven environments preferred.
  • Familiarity and comfort using AI tools to accelerate marketing operations, experimentation, and content development.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
  • Experience leading and scaling teams in high-growth environments.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation: $195,000 – $225,000 annual base salary, plus performance-based bonus eligibility.
  • Equity participation in a high-growth digital health company.
  • 100% employer-covered healthcare, dental, and vision insurance (with partial family coverage support).
  • Unlimited PTO with manager approval.
  • 16 weeks paid parental leave for birthing parents and 8 weeks for non-birthing parents.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan.
  • Remote-first work environment with a global, mission-driven team.
  • Monthly wellness stipend.
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options.
  • Opportunity to shape a foundational Revenue Marketing function in a rapidly scaling organization.
