This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Director, Global Partner Sales based in the United States.

This senior leadership role will own the strategy and growth of a major global strategic partnership, with responsibility for accelerating revenue, pipeline creation, and enterprise customer success worldwide. You will serve as the senior alliance leader, building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and aligning both organizations around shared growth priorities. The role combines strategic planning, executive engagement, governance, joint solution development, and global go-to-market leadership. You will coordinate teams across regions and functions to turn strategic priorities into measurable commercial outcomes. Success will depend on your ability to identify new opportunities, influence senior decision-makers, and scale partner-driven growth across complex, matrixed organizations. This is an opportunity to shape high-impact alliances at the intersection of enterprise software, digital transformation, and evolving technology markets.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and execute the global partner strategy in alignment with business growth objectives, establishing multi-year plans, annual priorities, investments, and measurable success metrics.
  • Build and maintain trusted executive relationships across both organizations, creating sponsorship programs, facilitating strategic alignment, and serving as the primary escalation point for major opportunities and business issues.
  • Lead the partnership governance framework, including executive business reviews, steering committees, strategic planning sessions, and accountability against joint business plans.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, strategic investments, and emerging market initiatives that can expand revenue, pipeline, customer reach, and market leadership.
  • Develop and prioritize joint solutions addressing strategic customer needs and industry transformation priorities, coordinating sales, marketing, services, and industry teams around solution-led growth.
  • Lead global go-to-market initiatives, including co-selling, co-marketing, business development, strategic customer pursuits, and joint market activation.
  • Coordinate regional alliance leaders and field teams to ensure consistent execution while maintaining alignment between global strategy and regional priorities.
  • Own alliance performance against revenue, pipeline, and strategic objectives, establishing KPIs and providing executive leadership with regular performance insights and recommendations.
  • Identify partnership risks, operational barriers, and areas for improvement while championing innovation, differentiation, and stronger joint customer outcomes.
  • Drive executive engagement, strategic account penetration, joint solution adoption, and overall partnership health through disciplined relationship and performance management.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic alliances, partner sales, business development, or enterprise software sales, with a proven track record of building and scaling strategic partnerships.
  • Significant experience managing executive-level relationships within large, complex, global organizations and influencing senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated success delivering measurable commercial outcomes through strategic partnerships, including revenue growth, pipeline generation, market expansion, or customer success.
  • Experience leading complex global initiatives across matrixed organizations and coordinating teams across multiple functions, regions, and business units.
  • Strong strategic planning, business development, negotiation, commercial, and relationship management capabilities.
  • Executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to build credibility with senior leaders.
  • Experience managing Global System Integrator partnerships is preferred, particularly experience working directly with Accenture or similar global consulting and technology organizations.
  • Knowledge of enterprise software, digital transformation, AI, engineering, manufacturing, PLM, ALM, or industrial technology markets is preferred.
  • Experience establishing alliance governance frameworks, executive steering committees, joint business planning processes, and global operating models is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate strategically while maintaining strong execution discipline, accountability, and focus on measurable business outcomes.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employment-based immigration sponsorship.

Benefits:

  • Anticipated annual compensation range of $180,000–$240,000, inclusive of base salary and on-target sales incentive plan compensation.
  • Remote work opportunity in the United States.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, with detailed offerings provided through the employer’s careers and benefits program.
  • Inclusive, collaborative environment focused on innovation, professional growth, and meaningful customer outcomes.
  • Opportunities to work with global industry leaders and influence strategic initiatives across multiple markets.
  • Equal opportunity employment environment that values diverse ideas, perspectives, identities, and backgrounds.
  • Ongoing opportunities to develop expertise in enterprise software, digital transformation, strategic partnerships, and emerging technologies.
