In this senior leadership role, you will shape and scale end-to-end fulfillment operations within a fast-growing global e-commerce logistics environment. You will own the strategy, execution, and performance of large-scale fulfillment networks, ensuring speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency across complex supply chain systems. The role requires a builder mindset, combining operational excellence with innovation to support rapid growth and evolving merchant needs. You will lead large, distributed teams while partnering closely with supply chain planning, logistics, engineering, and customer-facing functions. This is a high-impact position where your decisions directly influence customer experience, operational scalability, and financial performance. You will also leverage advanced tools, including AI-driven solutions, to optimize workflows and decision-making. Accountabilities:- Define and execute the end-to-end fulfillment and supply chain strategy aligned with demand planning, merchant expectations, and business growth objectives.
- Lead large-scale fulfillment operations across inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound logistics while ensuring performance, cost, and service level targets are met.
- Own fulfillment network performance, including KPIs tied to delivery speed, accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage full P&L responsibility for fulfillment and logistics operations, optimizing cost structures across inbound and outbound flows.
- Build, develop, and scale high-performing teams, including hiring, coaching, and organizational design across fulfillment operations.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with supply chain planning, customer service, logistics, engineering, and inventory management teams.
- Implement operational excellence initiatives using lean methodologies, continuous improvement, and automation strategies.
- Ensure compliance, safety, and quality standards across all fulfillment centers and distribution operations.
- Lead change management efforts to improve efficiency, scalability, and operational consistency across global operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or logistics operations, including leadership in high-growth environments.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end fulfillment operations, including warehouse management, distribution, and transportation (parcel, freight, intermodal).
- Proven experience managing large-scale operations with significant P&L ownership ($200M+ preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and scale high-performing operational teams across multiple locations or networks.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational execution capability.
- Experience in lean operations, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with data-driven decision-making, operational analytics, and performance KPI frameworks.
- Exposure to AI-enabled tools, automation, or advanced logistics technologies is highly valued.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth settings.
